• Sooner or later all customers will experience an issue of any kind with an external supplier and everybody knows what this means in terms of economical losses and internal company stresses. To avoid this we offer the following service options:

  
  

  - Preliminary audit service to determine if the desired supplier has enough manufacturing capacity, a proper quality control system, manufacturing and delivery plan, emergency plan, raw material & finish parts safety stock plan and so on, we will summit to our customer a comprehensive supplier report.

  - We also support our customers in already existing supplier situations, typically it will be issues based on quality problems, service failure or lack of deliveries. At this point, and at customer request, we will send immediately our experienced team to the supplier considering how quickly is needed to solve the issue and look in detail at the supplier conditions and possibilities to solve it, we will inform our customer with realistic solutions and lead times to achieve it.

LASER CUTTING SERVICE

We offer laser cutting service up to maximum part size 1500 x 3000 mm in several different thickness according to the raw material type.

We currently cut stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, plastics, leather and other materials.

HYDRAULIC & PNEUMATIC CYLINDERS

We manufacture hydraulic & Pneumatic cylinders according to customer´s requirements.

Cylinders are made from specific materials according to the cylinder application, we apply different steel grades, stainless steel, titanium, and others.

Cylinder components are protected acc. to the final application with the corresponding coating layers to avoid wear, rust and scratches, piston rods are specially protected with high strength coating layers.

Cylinders are equipped with high quality low friction seals, and corresponding scrapers, we mainly use TRELLEBORG brand sealing systems unless the customer requires a different seals brand.

We produce cylinders for specific applications like marine, machinery, aeronautical.

We produce from small cylinders size up to 1.000 ton cylinders, large strokes are possible.

We offer the service to apply at manufacturing time the required cylinder sensors as well.

WELDED STRUCTURES

We have a large experience in building welded structures, our capacity to manufacture structures exceeds 90 ton. weight.

Weldings are checked through inspection methods like magnetic particles, penetrant liquids, X-ray according to customer requirements.

All structures are stress relieved by the corresponding method according to the structure application and customer requirements.

Welded structures stress relief are made by vibration method or by introducing the structure into an oven and applying a heating and cooling temperature curve along the needed time depending on the structure mass.

Depending on structure application and customer´s requirements we preheat the areas to be welded.

We offer structure shot peening, machining and painting service as well in order to deliver finished parts to our customers.
